Edit Menu – Find And Replace in Google Sheets
The "Find and Replace" feature in Google Sheets allows you to search for specific text in a sheet and replace it with new text. Here's how to use "Find and Replace":
- Go to "Edit" > "Find and replace".
- In the "Find and replace" dialog box, enter the text you want to find in the "Find" field.
- Enter the text you want to replace it with in the "Replace with" field.
- Click the "Replace" button to replace the first instance of the text. To replace all instances, click the "Replace all" button.
- You can also use advanced options to refine your search, such as searching within a specific range of cells or only in certain columns or rows. To do this, use the "Search in" drop-down menu to select the range you want to search within.
