4. Enter the actual physical stock quantity in the Actual Quantity field.
5. If required, you can also enter the rate and value of the stock item.
6. Press Ctrl + A to save the voucher.

Once you have recorded the Physical Stock Voucher, Tally Prime will automatically update the stock quantities based on the actual quantity entered in the voucher. The stock registers and ledgers will also be updated to reflect the changes.

It is important to note that creating a Physical Stock Voucher will not affect the accounting entries in Tally Prime. Hence, it is necessary to create a separate voucher such as a Stock Journal voucher or Inventory voucher to adjust the accounting entries accordingly.
