People Graph in MS Excel
People Graph is a feature in Microsoft Excel that allows you to create interactive org charts, or organization charts, to visualize the structure and relationships of your data. With People Graph, you can create charts that show the hierarchy of your data, as well as the relationships between different data points.
People Graph charts are created using the "Insert People Graph" option on the "Insert" tab in the ribbon. To create a People Graph chart, follow these steps:
- Select the data that you want to use to create the chart.
- Go to the "Insert" tab in the ribbon, and click on the "People Graph" button.
- Excel will automatically create a chart based on your data.
- Customize the chart by using the "Format" tab in the People Graph Tools contextual ribbon.
People Graph charts are dynamic and interactive, allowing you to expand and collapse different parts of the chart to see more or less detail. You can also add new data to the chart, and the chart will automatically update to reflect the changes.
