Multiple Stock Item Entries in Tally Prime

In Tally Prime, you can record multiple stock item entries by creating a sales or purchase voucher with multiple items. Here's how you can do it:

1. Open Tally Prime and select the company in which you want to record the stock item entries.
2. Go to the Sales or Purchase Voucher screen by selecting the appropriate option from the Gateway of Tally.
3. Select the party name for whom you are creating the voucher.
4. Select the appropriate voucher type and enter the voucher date.
5. In the Item Details section, enter the details of the first stock item.
6. Press Ctrl + A to accept the first item entry and move to the next line.
7. Enter the details of the second item, and press Ctrl + A to accept the entry.
8. Continue this process until you have entered all the items for the voucher.
9. Once you have entered all the items, verify the details of the voucher and press Ctrl + A to save the voucher.

You can also use the F12: Configure option in the voucher screen to set default values for the stock items, such as the stock location, batch number, and expiry date. This can help you save time and avoid errors while entering multiple stock item entries.

Additionally, you can also use the stock journal voucher to record stock item entries for transferring stock from one location to another or for adjusting stock quantities.
