Step 1: Open Your File

First, open the file you want to crop in CorelDRAW. You can do this by selecting File > Open, or by using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + O.

Step 2: Select the Crop Tool

Next, select the Crop Tool from the toolbar on the left-hand side of the screen. The Crop Tool icon looks like a square with a diagonal line through it.

Step 3: Drag the Crop Tool

Once you have selected the Crop Tool, click and drag it over the area of the image that you want to keep. This will create a cropping boundary around the selected area.

Step 4: Adjust the Crop Boundary

You can adjust the size and shape of the cropping boundary by clicking and dragging the handles on the boundary. You can also move the boundary around by clicking inside it and dragging.

Step 5: Apply the Crop

When you are happy with the size and shape of the cropping boundary, simply click outside the boundary to apply the crop. Your image will now be trimmed to the selected area.

Step 6: Save Your File

Finally, save your cropped file by selecting File > Save or by using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + S. Make sure to choose a new filename or save it as a copy, as cropping an image is a destructive action that cannot be undone.
