Managing Sales Orders
If you receive a sales order from a customer, you can use Tally Prime to track the order and manage the inventory. To create a sales order, go to the Accounting Vouchers menu and select Sales Order.
In the sales order, enter the details of the customer and the finished goods that they have ordered. Tally Prime will automatically update the inventory records and show the available stock of the item.
Once the goods are ready to be shipped, you can convert the sales order into a sales voucher by selecting the option in the voucher. This will create an invoice for the sale and deduct the items from your inventory.
