Picture Option in MS Excel

In Excel, you can insert a picture in a number of ways:

1. Insert Picture: You can select the "Insert" tab in the ribbon, and then click "Picture". This will bring up a file explorer where you can select the picture you want to insert.
2. Copy and Paste: You can copy a picture from a website or other application and paste it into Excel. To do this, right-click on the picture, select "Copy", then right-click on the Excel cell where you want to paste the picture, and select "Paste".
3. Drag and Drop: You can also drag and drop a picture from your computer into Excel. Simply select the picture file, drag it to the Excel cell where you want it, and drop it.

Once you have inserted a picture in Excel, you can adjust its size, position, and formatting using the Picture Tools tab in the ribbon. You can also add effects, such as borders and shading, or crop the picture to show only a specific portion.
