A dynamic dropdown list in Microsoft Excel can be created using the "Data Validation" feature. Here's how to do it:

1. Select the cells where you want the dropdown list to appear.
2. Go to the "Data" tab in the ribbon and click on "Data Validation."
3. In the "Data Validation" dialog box, select "List" in the "Allow" section.
4. In the "Source" field, enter the range of cells containing the items you want to appear in the dropdown list, or type the items separated by a comma.
5. Click "OK" to apply the data validation to the selected cells.

Now, when you click on a cell with a dynamic dropdown list, a dropdown arrow will appear, and you can select an item from the list. The dropdown list will change dynamically based on the items in the source range.
